FillTruck is a B2B SaaS platform connecting wholesalers with goods to ship and carriers who still have spare capacity in their trucks. The goal: optimise routes, cut down half-empty trucks and speed up matching.

FillTruck is built for wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers who ship goods regularly, and for professional carriers and HGV fleets looking to maximise truck fill rates.

The platform is launching in mainland France. Expansion to Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Spain is planned over the next 12 months. UK and broader EU coverage is on the roadmap for export-oriented customers.

For carriers: 100% free, no commission. For wholesalers: free Starter plan (5 listings / month), Pro plan at EUR 89/month (unlimited listings), custom Enterprise plan. See pricing.

The carrier declares their route (origin, destination, stops, time slots). FillTruck geolocates the trip automatically and makes it visible to nearby wholesalers. During an active mission, the wholesaler can track the truck in real time via the carrier's GPS.

Two models: (1) the wholesaler contacts a carrier visible on the map and proposes a mission directly, or (2) they publish an open listing that available carriers on the route can review and accept.

Yes, at any time and without penalty. The platform respects the carrier's freedom. No mission is forced — they choose based on their route, capacity and the proposed price.

Yes. Wholesaler and carrier can chat before validation to align on details (slot, packaging, pickup point) and confirm the mission from the same interface.

Every signup is reviewed: company registration, freight transport licence, professional liability insurance certificate for carriers; company registration and director identity for wholesalers. Unverified profiles stay inactive.

Transport falls under the carrier's standard contractual liability (CMR convention for international shipments). All FillTruck carriers must hold professional liability insurance. In case of dispute, FillTruck offers in-house mediation and holds funds in escrow until the mission is validated.

FillTruck uses an escrow system via a regulated payment service provider. The wholesaler pays the amount on confirmation, FillTruck holds the funds and releases them to the carrier within 48 hours after delivery is validated. Carriers are guaranteed to be paid.

FillTruck is fully GDPR-compliant. Data is hosted in France (OVHcloud), encrypted at rest and in transit. You can export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard.

Yes. The Pro plan includes up to 5 users with role management (admin, operator, viewer). The Enterprise plan supports unlimited users with SSO and granular permissions.

You can close your account at any time from your settings. All your data is deleted within 30 days, except for legal records (invoices) retained for 10 years as required by French regulations.
