• Keep you informed of service updates (with consent)
• Security and abuse prevention (rate-limiting, logging)

4. Legal basis

Performance of pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b GDPR), legitimate interest for security (Article 6.1.f GDPR), consent for marketing.

5. Retention period

3 years from the last contact for prospects, duration of the contractual relationship for clients, 13 months for technical logs.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights: dpo@filltruck.fr. You may file a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority — cnil.fr) or your local EU supervisory authority.

7. Security

Data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Transfers are encrypted (HTTPS). Access is restricted to authorised personnel.

8. Cookies

No advertising tracking cookies are used. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be placed for the site to function.

9. Audience measurement

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics solution, cookieless and GDPR-compliant. No personal data is collected and no information is shared with third parties for advertising purposes. Audience data is aggregated and anonymous (Plausible data policy).

We also use Sentry for technical error monitoring. Requests are filtered client-side to exclude sensitive headers (cookies, session identifiers) before transmission.
