Registration is restricted to professional users (wholesalers and carriers). Users undertake to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Current pricing is available on the Pricing page. Any change will be notified in advance.
Users undertake to comply with applicable freight transport regulations and not to publish any unlawful or misleading listings.
FillTruck acts as a connection intermediary and cannot be held liable for the performance of transport services agreed between users.
Users may terminate their account at any time from their dashboard or by emailing contact@filltruck.fr.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
